Terms and Conditions

Please review the following T&Cs before booking with us. These terms govern the relationship between you (client) and Nature Lovers Treks and Tours Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as ‘company’). By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Both parties agree to these T&Cs to resolve any legal cases or disputes that may arise during or after the trip.

(1) PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND METHODS

• Deposit: 30% of the total trip amount must be paid to secure your spot.
• Balance payment: The remaining balance can be paid either before arrival or upon arrival in Nepal in cash. Credit card payments upon arrival incur a 5% handling charge. On the contrary, final bank transfers must be done at least two weeks before arrival.

(2) TRIP ITINERARY CHANGE

All trips are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control such as client’s fitness, vehicle availability, flight delays/cancellations, bad weather, road/trail conditions, etc. Alternate trips or reroutes may be offered. Payments are non-refundable.

(3) CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY

• Before payment: You can cancel if no payment has been made.
• After payment: No refunds, but your money is safe until you resume traveling.
• Early return: If you return early due to medical/physical or personal reasons, no refunds are provided, but we will escort you back to the initial hotel and look after you until you are ready to return home.

(4) TRANSFER POLICY

• More than 30 days before trip: Free transfer from one trip to another.
• Less than 30 days before trip: Transfers are subject to a $50-$100 per person charge.

(5) TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE

Clients must have Travel and Medical Insurance covering personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and baggage loss for the duration of the tour/trek.

(6) CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY

Tour escorts/trekking guides have full authority during treks and tours. Misbehavior or unlawful acts will result in being compelled to leave the tour/trekking with no refund.

(7) NEPAL VISA AND PASSPORT CONDITION

Clients must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate/Embassy or upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. Visa costs are the client’s responsibility.

(8) HEALTH AND FITNESS

Clients must be in sound health and fitness. Check with your doctor regarding health and fitness before departure. Inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that could increase health risks during travel.

(9) CHILDREN

All travelers under 16 must be accompanied by an authorized guardian/parent. Contact us for further information regarding age and suitability.

(10) PUBLICITY

You agree to allow NATURE LOVERS TREKS & TOURS to use pictures, photos, or images of you taken during the trip for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

(11) CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY AND PRICING

Flight delays/cancellations, roadblocks, landslides, floods, snow, and political unrest may require trip changes. No refunds will be provided, but alternative or substitute trips of the same category will be offered. We reserve the right to revise pricing rates due to exchange rate changes, government action, etc.

(12) PRIVACY

Your personal details are required for necessary permits and will not be disclosed for any other purposes.

(13) RISK AND LIABILITIES

We strive to provide the best service, but the program is conducted under the country’s policies. NATURE LOVERS is not responsible for itinerary changes due to government restrictions, landslides, road blockages, floods, snow, political unrest, flight cancellations, delays, sickness, or accidents. Clients bear any extra costs incurred.

(14) UPDATING T&Cs

We reserve the right to update and amend these T&Cs at any time. Clients are responsible for staying updated with any changes. The current version is available on www.natureloverstrek.com and will be the terms referred to in any disputes.
