Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar 850 m 6 hours, BLD, Teahouse

In the very first day, we drive along the Kathmandu to Pokhara Highway and take a quick turn at Dumre to follow the narrow road beside the Marshyangdi River and ultimately to arrive at the headquarter of Lamjung district, Besisahar. Explore the market afterward and enjoy the greenery landscapes surrounding Besisahar.

Day 2: Trek from Besisahar to Bahundada 1,300 m 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

Our trekking journey begins from today. In the first couple of hours, we will walk in the flat level along the bank of Marshyangdi river. Then we will start uphill trekking towards Bahundada, a beautiful village surrounded by the lush green hills. Explore the village in the rest of the day.

Day 3: Trek from Bahundada to Chyamje (1,405 m) 6 hours, BLD, Teahouse

Our day trek begins in the early morning towards Chyamje with an easy downhill walk. Enjoying the wonderful view of the huge waterfall, we will come down to Syange. After crossing a bridge, we will continue by the bank of the Marshyangdi river mostly ascending until we arrive at Chyamje via Jagat.

Day 4: Trek from Chyamje to Bagarchhap (2,160 m) 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

As you can feel already, our trekking journey towards Tilicho lake is getting more and more interesting as we keep going further. Today you will ascend towards the rocky trail to get to a beautiful valley called Tal which is a panoramic valley surrounded by the giant walls of the steep and rocky hills. From there we continue to Dharapani, another remarkable village, the junction point for the Annapurna circuit trail and the Manaslu circuit trail. Few more hiking and we get to our overnight stop at Bagarchhap.

Day 5: Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame Bazaar (2,670 m) 6 hours, BLD, Teahouse

And our adventure gets more interesting as our majestic mountains will start coming out in the open. We will leave the Manaslu peak behind us. The views of the majestic peaks gets unreal and breathtaking. First thing, we will walk through the pine and oak forests via Danaque to Timang, the foothill of the Lamjung Himal. We shall continue further enjoying the panoramic vista of Annapurna II towards the administrative headquarter of Manang district called as Chame.

Day 6: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,230 m) 5 hours, BLD, Teahouse

Another interesting day walk leads you through the pine woods and the small villages via the big apple gardens in Bhratang and takes you to Dhikur Pokhari at the top of the ridge. The view is already charming as you can see 'Swargadwari Danda' and Annapurna II from your lunch place. When you come out of the tree lines, you will start seeing the Pisang and Chulu peaks on the north side. The windswept village Pisang will be our overnight stop.

Day 7: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,519 m) via Lower Route 5 hours or Upper Route 8 hours, BLD, Teahouse

Bravo! You've done it well so some surprising views for you in this amazing day. Go via Lower Pisang or Opt to go via Upper Pisang if you crave for panoramic mountain views as well as seeing the traditional Tibetan style houses and cultures. Ghyaru and Ngawal is both at around 3700m altitude which offers the gorgeous vistas of the valleys down below and the snow-capped mountains too. Descend down to the flatland and continue via old-Tibetan village Braga to get to the scenic Manang village, the last well-developed town in the district.

Day 08: Rest and acclimatization in Manang with excursions, BLD, Teahouse

Very necessary acclimatizing day is here. You have many choices which you can do today. Visit to Gangapurna glacier and the lake, Ice lake, Milarepa Cave and more. Later in the night, go to see the movies about mountaineering or learning about the AMS.

Day 09: Trek from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150 m) 8 hours, BLD, Teahouse

We exit the Manang through the western gate and follow the path beside the river. We pass the river and ascend most of the ways to arrive at Shree Kharka through coniferous forest. It could be a difficult walk but Chulu Himal and Gungang Himal will be accompanying you throughout the journey so it won’t be as much. Continue walk through the landslide and scree area so you have to be careful all the way. The landslide area creates an extraordinary view which seems surreal. Enjoy the rest of the day along the trail until you get to Tilicho Base Camp just one camp before our main highlight destination, Tilicho Lake.

Day 10: Morning hike to Tilicho Lake (4,919 m) and descend to Tilicho Base Camp 6 hours, BLD, Teahouse

It's going to be a tough and exciting day. The highest lake situated at the top of the mountain is, but worth to visit.  The trail is quite steep until you get to the flat level of glacier with no crevasses and we trek further for half an hour or so to arrive at the most beautiful alpine lake called Tilicho Lake. After spending precious time in the lake with a full heart, you descend down to the Tilicho base camp for another night beneath the soaring mountains.

Day 11: Trek from Tilicho Base camp to Manang 6 hours, BLD, Teahouse

After a wonderful time spent in the highest tranquil lake of the Annapurna region, we will descend towards Manang retracing our way back through Khangsar village. Enjoy your final night in the awesome Manang village.

Day 12: Drive from Manang to Besisahar 9 hours, BLD, Teahouse

We retrace all the way back to Besisahar in this final night in the mountain, a scenic ride observing all the wonderful places we had passed through and recollecting the memories we’ve made all this time.

Day 13: Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu 6 hours, BL.

We have done it, the trekking to Annapurna Tilicho lake. A scenic ride through the hectic highway passing through the rivers, villages, rolling hills, markets and various ethnic settlements, we will arrive in the capital city Kathmandu.
