The yoga can be incorporated in any travelling or trekking packages so far. Doing so, one will experience improved health, better hiking capability and happiness under the guidance of professional yoga guides. For deepening one’s spirituality and energizing oneself, there’s even a lot of yoga schools and yoga retreat centers where one can do different levels of yoga courses. It can also be arranged if someone is wishing to join the yoga course for deeper understanding. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, D, Hotel
Warm welcome and transfer to hotel. Meeting and briefing over the welcome dinner.
Day 02: Full day wellness program, B, Hotel
After early morning detox herbal tea, prepare for yoga. Yoga for an hour. After breakfast, Ayurveda full body treatments will be given. Spa partial body treatment (head and foot massages, facials etc.) will be given in afternoon. Meditation session in the Evening.
Day 03: Drive or fly to Pokhara, B, Hotel
Regular yoga in the morning. After breakfast, fly or drive to Pokhara. Half day sightseeing in wonderful Pokhara. Walk along the bank of Phewa Lake relaxing later on. Evening meditation.
Day 04: Pokhara full day sightseeing, B, Hotel
Yoga class in the morning. There’s a lot of significant places to see and visit today including Phewa lake, World Peace Stupa, Davis fall and more. In the evening you will have one hour meditation class by the expert in hotel
Day 05: Drive back to Kathmandu, B, Hotel
Regular yoga and relaxation in the morning and evening. Back to Kathmandu and leisure time in the day.
Day 06: Kathmandu Sightseeing, BD, Hotel
Along with the yoga and meditaion, we wll go for the sightseeing tours around the best sites of Kathmandu valley. Farewell dinner is served.
Day 07: International departure, B, Hotel
Last morning for practicing yoga and meditation. Time to bid you farewell after spending the best quality spiritual time with us.

Day 02: Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing, B, Hotel
After morning yoga session, Kathmandu sightseeing to the historically, culturally and religiously important places in the valley.
Day 03: Drive to Dhulikhel , hike to Namo Buddha, B, Hotel
Yoga class in the early morning. Drive to Dhulikhel and hike to Namo Buddha for the peaceful retreat. Best place for meditation.
Day 04: Drive to Nagarkot, B, Hotel
After early morning yoga, we will drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the World Heritage Site full of arts and artifacts, temples and palaces. Observe the sunset view at the same time when you are doing meditation.
Day 05: Drive to Kathmandu, B, Hotel
You will be given a wakeup call for the early morning sunrise view. Hike to Changu Narayan temple after finishing yoga and breakfast. Get back to the hotel in Kathmandu and relax.
Day 06: Drive to Osho Tapoban, B, Hotel
Get to the Osho Tapoban, one of the best meditation centre in Nepal. Yoga and meditation in the centre.
Day 07: Drive to Kapan Monastery, BD, Hotel
We will get to another spiritual place Kapan monastery where we can get the knowledge and wisdom from the monks and engage in meditation. Back to hotel afterward.
Day 08: International Departure. B, Flight
Final yoga session in the Himalayan nation, Nepal. Our staffs will see you off until the airport. Goodbye and see you again.
