Please go through the following T&Cs before you book with us, which govern the relationship between you (client) and Nature Lovers Treks and Tours Pvt. Ltd. (from now on referred to as ‘company’). Please note that while booking a trip, you agree to be bound by the T&Cs of the company. Both parties agree to these T&Cs to resolve any legal cases or disputes that may arise during or after the trip.
30% of the total trip amount must be paid to secure the spot. The payment for the remaining balance of your trip can be either sent later or paid upon your arrival in Nepal in cash. Once you arrive, if you choose to settle by credit card, a handling charge of 3.5 % of the total amount is incurred by the bank, which is your liability. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, it has to be done at least two weeks before arriving in Nepal.

There are many other remit options if it's easy for you to send money, like Western Union, IME, etc.
All of our company’s trips are subject to itinerary change based on a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to, client’s fitness, availability of vehicle on time, flight delay/cancellation, unfavorable bad weather or road/trail conditions, etc. which is beyond our control. Most of the time, alternate trips in different areas may be offered as substitutes (if it’s before the trip), or selected travel destinations may differ from the program itineraries (if it’s during the trip). In rare cases, we might even have to reroute or cancel the trips. Payments are not refundable in any case. In case of trip cancellation, you either have to wait for the right time to travel (extra days at your cost) or choose to go on other trips.
If, under any circumstances, you are unable to travel; you can always cancel if you haven't paid any amount. If you have already paid, your money is safe with us until you resume traveling. No refunds will be done at the last moment of cancellation, but you can join us anytime later on the agreed departure date.
If the clients have to return or break earlier from the trip due to medical/physical or personal reasons, NO PROBLEMS; you shall be escorted back to the initial hotel with our field staff and properly looked after until you are ready to get back to your country.
There are no refunds if the company has to reroute to other areas due to unavoidable circumstances. In such case, the company holds the right and assures you of providing a hassle-free, rest of the adventure.
Transfers from one trip to another are subject to the following conditions:
NATURE LOVERS requests and suggests to every client while booking with us to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance which is compulsory undertaking any trips in Nepal. It should include adequate protection for tour/treks duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses in any means of transportation (in an emergency such as helicopter rescue or air ambulance) and adequate cover for baggage loss.
A tour escort/trekking guide representing NATURE LOVERS holds and deserves all authority during treks and tours. If you misbehave with a negative attitude and commit any unlawful act, you will be compelled to leave the tour/trekking. No refund will be made in such a condition.
All clients must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. The costs of Nepalese visas are the sole responsibility of clients.
All of our Treks and Tours require sound health in a person with some fitness level before signing and booking with us. The client must check with his/her local doctor or physician regarding health and fitness before departing to Nepal.
It’s the client’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that is reasonably expected to increase the risk of your health worsening, which will eventually affect your travel.
An authorized guardian/parent must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have any queries regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.
Please note that you agree and permit NATURE LOVERS TREKS & TOURS to use pictures, photos or images of you taken during the trip without informing you or compensating for promotion and advertising purposes only through different mediums.
Some things are beyond our control, such as flight delays/cancellations due to bad weather, roadblocks because of landslides, floods, heavy snow and political unrest, etc. Under the above circumstances, we will provide you with an alternative or substitute trip of the same category with no refunds.
The company does not accept any responsibility for the loss of employment or other unfortunate situations that might occur to you resulting from circumstances happened beyond our control.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rates to be posted on our marketing sites under different circumstances, like changes in the exchange rate, government action, etc.
We need your personal details to obtain the necessary permits and others. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.
We are committed to providing the best quality service, and it’s our responsibility to make your journey smooth and pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of the country's policies. Therefore NATURE LOVERS shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, flight cancellation, delay, sickness or accident, etc. The clients themselves shall bear any extra day’s cost incurring thereof.
The Company reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep updated with any changes. The current version will always be found on the website www.natureloverstrek.com and will be the terms referred to in any disputes.
