Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival, D, Hotel

We Nature Lovers team welcome you in the Land of Peace and Happiness. Our staff will receive you in the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Welcome dinner will be served along with the exchange of introductions.

Day 02: Kathmandu’s most popular Buddhist site tours, B, Hotel

Kathmandu valley is a spiritual paradise and is the home to the numerous sites of religious value. We will take you for the full day sightseeing around the best Buddhism and historical sites. i.e. Swayambhunath (Monkey temple), Boudhanath and Durbar Squares (Royal squares full of arts and artifacts)

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara,B, Hotel

It’s time to visit the naturally gifted valley in the heart of Nepal, Pokhara. We will drive early towards Pokhara and enjoy our ride trying to spot the glimpse of the Mt Machapuchare and other peaks. Transfer to the hotel by the peaceful Fewa lake. Enjoy the boating ride and visit Tal Barahi lake.

Day 04: Hike or drive to Buddhist World Peace Stupa, B, Hotel

Bet you don’t want to miss the stunning sunrise over the array of snowcapped mountains. So we will wake you up early morning and depart for Sarangkot. After watching beautiful sunrise, get back to the hotel, have breakfast and start hiking to the hilltop where lies a Buddhist pagoda monument known as World Peace Stupa which is built to inspire the peace keeping all over the world. Visit Tibetan Refugee Camp and monastery afterward.

Day 05: Drive to Lumbini (The birthplace of Lord Buddha), B, Hotel

Today we will drive to the land of holy Gautam Buddha where he was born, grew up and spent most of his life. In Lumbini, the central attraction is the sacred garden with Maya Devi temple depicting the birth of Lord Buddha. There’s Ashoka Pillar which is listed as World Heritage site and Shakya Tank where Maya Devi, the mother of Lord Buddha, is believed to have taken a dip before bringing forth the baby. Around this holy site, there are remnants of Monasteries and Chaityas built over the centuries.

Day 06: Explore Lumbini all day, B, Hotel

This day is to explore more of Lumbini. Excursion to Tilaurakot, the ancient capital of Kapilvastu, the Kingdom of Shakya Dynasty where Lord Buddha was born. Later we will also do the tour of Monastery Zone and the Lumbini Village.

Day 07: Drive to Nagarkot via Kathmandu, B, Hotel

After spending the enlightening time in Lumbini, we will drive to Kathmandu today. Longest drive day but fascinating and exciting as you will see more of Nepal with overland drive. Continue past medieval city of Bhaktapur to the top of a hill where Nagarkot is located, which offers incredible sunrise and  sunset over the chain of Himalayan peaks.

Day 08: Drive to Dhulikhel and Namobuddha, B, Hotel

In the morning, drive to Dhulikhel, an interesting Newari town. Drive south in a peaceful environment to Namobuddha, the holiest Buddhist place. "The place where Buddha offered his body to a tigress". From here, our interesting drive leads towards Patan (Lalitpur) meaning the ‘city of arts’ which is famous because of its art and architectures.

Day 09: Drive and visit Pharping meditation cave of Guru Padmasambhava, B, Hotel

Pharping is the village of significant spiritual value where great Gurus of Hinduism and Buddhism got enlightened. It is a famous religious place. Great Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) got enlightened at Asura Cave, Gorakhanath and Sheshnarayan Cave at Pharping. We will explore Pharping for the whole day.

Day 10: Free day in Kathmandu (shopping souvenir), B, Hotel

Shopping and market browsing at Kathmandu. Farewell dinner at Nepali typical restaurant.

Day 11: International Departure, B, Flight

Your last day in amazing Nepal. As per international flight time, our staff will transfer you to the airport for your wonderful journey back home. Good bye and see you again soon.
